Train wherever and whenever you want with personalized video lessons based on your level and goals. Each program lasts 4 weeks and offers a structured and progressive path, designed to ensure continuity and effectiveness over time .

Classes are conducted in guided video format: each session is led entirely by me and conducted in real time, performing the exercises alongside you. You'll be able to follow every movement, observing correct execution , while my voice prompts will constantly guide you through your work and recovery times. This approach allows you to train with the confidence , technical precision , and motivation of a live class, even remotely.

ESSENTIAL - 40 €

4 personalized video workouts designed for your level, repeat them anytime you want. Perfect for training twice a week with a simple, effective, and innovative program.

6 personalized video workouts designed for your level, repeat them anytime you want. Perfect for training three times a week with a complete and stimulating program.

MOBILITY FLOW - from 10 €

Video sessions focused on mobility and posture, created to improve movement fluidity, reduce muscle tension, and enhance body awareness.
An ideal workout to restore balance and well-being, especially when combined with the MM Training Program Method.

Add it to your ESSENTIAL or PRO plan: Include 2 Mobility Flow sessions in your subscription for just €10 more. Final price: €50 (Essential + Mobility) or €65 (Pro + Mobility).

Mobility Flow only – 40€: An independent mini-program with 4 mobility and posture-focused video workouts. It doesn’t follow the MM Training Program methodology and doesn’t lead to the same aesthetic results, but it’s perfect for those seeking postural well-being, lightness, and freedom of movement.​​​​​​​​​​

The ESSENTIAL and PRO versions of the VIDEO WORKOUT represent the heart of the MM Training Program Method : medium-intensity workouts designed to promote body recomposition , improve strength and muscle tone , and achieve concrete results . They are suitable for women in good health, without any pathologies or injuries. In the presence of specific problems, it is recommended to opt for the ONE TO ONE program, which allows for completely personalized and safe work.

The ideal mix of guided sessions with me (in person or via video call) and online video lessons . You'll have the continuity of a structured program and the direct support that truly makes a difference. Each subscription lasts 4 weeks .

Perfect for those who want to train twice a week : includes 4 in-person lessons (to be carried out in 2 consecutive weeks) / video call + 2 personalized online video lessons , to be repeated whenever you want.
