The Method

MM Training Program is an innovative training methodology , designed to offer a complete, progressive path built on the real needs of women .
I have a degree in Sports Science and have been working in the fitness industry for over seven years . From my experience and the concrete results I've achieved in the field, I've developed a method that helps every woman transform her body and well-being effectively, safely, and lastingly.

The main goal is to achieve a real and harmonious aesthetic change , promoting body recomposition : reduction of fat mass and increase of lean mass for a toned, defined and proportionate body.
MMTP workouts specifically target toning and healthy weight loss , leading to improved strength, endurance, coordination, joint mobility, balance, and energy levels.
These advances make each transformation complete and sustainable over time, also improving posture and overall well-being.

MMTP is a scientifically based and structured methodology , based on the principles of progression, adaptation and movement quality.
Consistent training with
MMTP promotes 360° well-being , improving mood, increasing motivation, and creating a balance between body and mind. This approach not only leads to concrete and visible results on the body, but also generates energy, self-confidence, and determination that are reflected in everyday life.

Each session is Total Body , with a balanced programming between upper and lower body exercises, a smart cardiovascular component and particular attention to the posterior kinetic chain — the key to achieving high glutes , light legs and a harmonious body , avoiding the “bloated” or masculine effect.

Your MMTP

You won't find any random workouts or exercises: each phase of the program is designed to build on the next, creating a logical and safe progression . There are no exercises that will slim or bulk up, just bad programming. With MMTP , every workout has a specific goal , a clear structure , and a concrete direction : every video, exercise, and session is designed to guide you step by step towards real results , through intelligent, consistent, and continuous work. Today, many people train at home without guidance, watching different videos every day, without weights, without logic, and without evolution; MMTP is not a collection of videos, but a structured and living project , where each workout builds on the next and you are guided , accompanied, and supported every step of the way .

Training with MMTP means being able to do it wherever and whenever you want , following a clear, flexible and sustainable plan that adapts to your lifestyle.
This method was born from my personal journey : years ago I weighed almost 15 kg more and had a completely different mindset.
From that change I built my training philosophy — the same one I apply every day to myself and my girls — based on progression , awareness and concrete results .
